From the unique employee experience to the excellent customer experience

I am passionate about the development of people and communities.

A healthy, confident individual who experiences their job as meaningful is more successful professionally and reaches better results from personal, organisational and client points of view. The same applies to the community.

My objective as the HR Manager is to support the growth of our company and the realisation of our strategy through our personnel. My main focus is the development of a unique employee experience as well as creating and maintaining an organisational culture that supports regeneration.

As a coach, I want to help my customers to better lead their personal and professional development. The coaching themes range from finding out your career path and professional identity to self marketing and job search. I work with individuals and groups in order to focus on solutions and move from having a vision to practical implementation. I always keep my customer’s individual objectives in mind and value empathy.

In my coaching work, I utilise a wide range of functional and self-evaluation methods as well as coaching and my personal facilitating skills. My special expertise is in utilising social media presence in self marketing and networking.

I have worked for HRM Partners since 2000. I have previous experience as the Customer Contact Manager at MSL Oy.

CCE Coaching Diploma, SCY Suomen Coaching Yhdistys (2012). HR Assistant certification, Institute of Marketing (2009).  Matriculation from Pohjois-Tapiola General Upper Secondary School (1997).
