I support organizations in talent management and leadership development

I work with customer organizations by strengthening their strategic capabilities. The work usually starts by defining strategic capabilities with the management teams and a next natural step is to plan and deliver talent management processes to ensure strategic capability development. I have also coached and trained Finnish and international management teams for ten years. It´s essential for me to understand the business goals of the customer and therefore ensure that  development actions support the strategy.

Talent Management is a very important part of the business oriented HR. Successful organizations define the future competences and capabilities and develop and support the personnel to find their potential. It enables the company to find needed managerial and specialist potential from the own organization. Based on my experience, talent management bring real added value to the business and brings joy and positive energy to personnel!

I also like to train and coach managers in change and competence management and support them in coaching skills.

I have worked at HRM Partners since January 2017. Previously I worked as a HR Manager in an international company and before that I held a manager position in a consulting and training company and naturally also provided and delivered talent management and leadership development programs.
