I help my customers to grow and succeed in change situations


Growth and development at both the organisational and individual levels are at the heart of my work. The most important themes that come up in my work are change management and management of people, i.e. how I successfully manage myself, my team and my organisation in various change situations and in carrying out renewals. Changes in working life and the operating environment provide an opportunity to explore new possibilities.

In my coaching, I highlight new perspectives, inspire insights, encourage and, if necessary, challenge the people I coach to move towards their goals in a way that accomplishes changes in everyday life and achieves growth. In addition to my coaching skills, I make use of my own experience in business life and also utilise various insightful facilitation methods.

I have been working at HRM Partners since March 2017. My previous work experience is in business management consulting as a senior consultant and head of HR at Marketing Clinic, as well as in leadership positions in marketing for companies such as Unilever, in Finland and the Nordic countries. My experience also includes work in management groups, leading international strategy projects and more than ten years of experience in supervisory positions.
