We operate in accordance with the current guidelines of the Finnish Government and take care of the health of our customers and staff in different ways.

Our operation model is a hybrid

  • we conduct most meetings and personal coaching conversations virtually, for example with Teams, Zoom or Skype, without forgetting traditional telephone conversations.
  • if desired, we will also meet face-to-face, either at our office in Lauttasaari, at the client’s premises or in separately agreed meeting facilities. Face-to-face meetings and coaching should only be attended in good health. In our own premises, we take care of the implementation of safety gaps and appropriate protection. When we meet elsewhere, the arrangements are the responsibility of either the client or the meeting space provider.
  • career and job search coaching workhsops will be conducted using Zoom throughout the rest of the year.
  • other groups coaching /training is carried out in accordance with our hybrid model and as required by the client, either virtually or face-to-face, either at our office in Lauttasaari, at the client’s premises or in separately agreed training facilities. In our own premises, we take care of the implementation of safety gaps and appropriate protection. When we meet elsewhere, the arrangements are the responsibility of either the client or the meeting space provider.

 

 If the agreed coaching or training is postponed or cancelled, we will act in accordance with our terms and conditions.
