360-Coaching Discussions as part of Expert and Management Development

The 360 coaching discussion processes are intended to serve the development of experts and managers.

The Expert Circle 360 is aimed at people working in expert positions. Assessments can be provided by superiors, peers and other collaboration partners. The assessment from various sources provides experts with concrete feedback on their activities.


The assessment is always linked to a coaching discussion process to make sure that the collected feedback generates thoughts, ideas and, most importantly, changes in working style. The coaching discussions led by a professional coach help the evaluated person identify his/her strengths and development needs more efficiently. A development plan is prepared based on the coaching discussion to support changes in practices and ensure that the assessment generates concrete benefits for the evaluated person as well as the entire organisation.

The Leadership Circle 360 designed for company management and superiors is a management and leadership skills development tool. The coaching discussion process helps identify the key strengths on which the evaluated person should build his/her leadership, as well as any weaknesses that hinder the full utilisation of strengths.
