Reflect - supporting sustainable productivity and wellbeing
Reflect web-service is a tool for employee development and self-leadership. Reflect has evolved out of our 17 years of experience in personal coaching. The service acts as a support for managers, increases sustainable productivity and provides real-time metrics, which can be utilized for example in assessment of wellbeing.
Reflect can be used by employees and managers whenever and wherever and costs only 18 euros per month for a registered user - a sum which comes more or less to the same as ‘coffee costs'!
HRM Partners into deeper co-operation with Nokia
The newest form of co-operation is a service which aims to bring together the employees leaving Nokia and the companies with potential hiring needs. The name of the service is Bridge Career Service. The service is developed to support and enable quick re-employment of those leaving Nokia.
